Venues

Main Event - Strange Brew - 330 cap
10-12 Fairfax Street, BS1 3DB

Since opening in 2020, Strange Brew has become the defacto home for noisy and uncanny music in Bristol. It's smack bang in the city centre, with 2 spacious rooms, but it's also run by folk that are committed to the scene and know what makes a good night out. It's a friendly environment with sound security and good vibes.

Warm Up - The Cube
Dove Street South, BS2 8JD

A Bristol institution, now in its 25th year, The Cube is an anarchist arts space and cinema. It's entirely volunteer run; from the people the bar, to the projectionist, everyone working there is donating their time (so be nice!) Unlike the main event, this will be a seated show - can't have you wearing out those knees out too early can we?

Accessibility & Equal Access

Strange Brew offers full wheelchair and ambulant disabled accessibility to the public, including:
  • Step-free, level access throughout
  • Dedicated wheelchair user WC
  • Additional ambulant disabled WC
  • Allocated wheelchair viewing areas / tables available on request

The Cube is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users due to the small size of the auditorium and its stepped fire escapes. It can also be a challenge for those with severe mobility issues due to the many steps required to access the venue.

The theatre seats at the Cube are: ~ 42 cm wide (edge of arm rest to edge of arm rest) and ~ 44 cm deep.

Both venues have gender neutral toilets with both sit-down and stand up facilities. Additionally Strange Brew has two WCs that are separately partitioned for use solely by those identifying as women.

For access queries at Strange Brew email info@strangebrewbristol.com and for The Cube it's cubeadmin@cubecinema.com

We can offer free tickets for carers attending with disabled ticket buyers - please provide a Nimbus Access card where possible. Please contact rich@supernormalfestival.co.uk to arrange this.

Wristbands

Entrance for each day of the event is wristbanded separately.  Simply present the QR code on your ticket email from Headfirst at the venue on each day you are attending.
